OUR CLEANING SERVICES

Deep Clean

The Deep Clean ensures that all the cracks and crevices are given their due attention. If you haven’t had your house professionally cleaned before, or its simply been a while, we highly encourage this level of cleaning. For all our new clients, we conduct this level of service on our first visit to ensure that the right standard for your home is set.

This covers:

Everything in Our Maintenance Approach
Complete detailing of common/private areas
Wash/Disinfecting the Interior of appliances (fridge, stove, etc)
Wash/Disinfecting areas behind appliances
Interior of cupboards/storage spaces
Bathroom tiles
Baseboards
Dusting/Washing of light fixtures*

MAINTENANCE UPKEEP

Our Maintenance Approach is centered around keeping your day to day level of cleanliness consistent. Whether it be monthly or bi-weekly visits, this level of engagement ensures that your home is taken care of so that you can rest easy.

This covers:

Washing/Disinfecting all exterior surfaces of requested rooms
Interior window wash
Sweeping/Mopping of the floors
Vacuuming of Carpet areas
Detailing of Faucets
Light dusting
Trash bagging and take out

MOVING IN & MOVING OUT

Moving In & Moving Out is for that extra mile when you have found a new home. Either welcoming new tenets, or leaving a previous landlord, giving the right impression is important. This is why our team will go through your home top to bottom to ensure everything is taken care of.
